How can an Austrian Pharmacist work in UK?

Hello Pharmacy- Forum

I have studied Pharmacy in Austria (UNI Graz), after that I have done my obligation year as aspirant in Austria, followed by 2 years as a Pharmacists.
After that I moved to Switzerland. Since 2 years I am a Manager of a Swiss Pharmacy.

Now I am interested to move to London and work as a Pharmacist.

Can you help me to find the right information, conditions and requirements to work in UK?

What kind of income can I expect as a 100% employed Pharmacist?
