    A MDS would be considered one type of compliance aid. In terms of taking medicine, a compliance aid would be any item which would help the user 'comply' with the correct taking of their medication. Other possible compliance aids of the top of my head would include a medication chart, easy opening lids, braile instructions, magnifying glass (to read labels) and audio instructions. I am sure others will come up with many more!

    ok so what exactly is mds? is it blister packs and dosettes?
