    Question Stuck

    Hi everyone, new to this, doing nvq 3 unit 11 but am stuck on calendar packs for special containers does this mean maybe a pack of nicorandil and how do I make up twenty prescriptions that have been endorsed?

    You can use EITHER Special Containers (eg Persantin Retard, Ikorel etc) OR Calendar Packs - although to acheive 20 I used both.
    I put up in the dispensary a list of prescriptions that I needed, so when people came to them, they passed them to me to endorse and then photocopy.
    The one I struggled with was a blacklisted item. Ended up doing a Pharmacist Assessment on what the blacklist is. Other than that, it takes time, but is just a case of keeping your eyes peeled!
