locuming ... is it for me?

    Hi everyone,
well i have been working for a multiple for a coupla years now and are finding it a little monotonous. So i thought id try my hand at locuming. but i am 50/50 esp after reading some of the comments on here!
I think it would be more challenging and interesting to what im doing now. Just feel i didnt study hard just to do paperwork and bloody rotas for much of my day!
Has anyone got any advice for me?
Has anyone worked in a prison pharmacy?
any advice would be much appreciated,
    Thanks guys

Don't burn your boats - dip your toe in the water by doing a day or so at another branch of your company, or earn some extra by trying a locum on your day off.
Issue a receipt and declare it on your tax though.

If you don't like it after a few then stay where you are and have a re-think on your career progression.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................
