    Pharmaceutical Chemistry

    Hi everyone,
    Please could someone help me with a resonance question? I've just started revising this topic and I don't fully understand it :S
    The revision question is:
    Using curly arrows, draw resonance structures of the conjugate base of ethanoic acid. Then the question shows the structures of trichloroethanoic acid and ethanoic acid, with pKa's of 0.64 and 4.76 respectively.

    Any help on this would be appreciated!
