    Buying reference books

Just wondering where the best place is to buy the Latest reference books -

    MEP
    Scottish Drug Tariff
    BNF
    BNF for children

Also, I will be working as a locum, so will they be necessary for me to carry around?

Should be available in every pharmacy. I did purchase a BNF (About £45) but best just to have the old one when new edition comes out.
    MEP sent to all registrants.

    Isn't this a bit pricey for a BNF ?

I usually use this site if they have a book I want in stock. Generally cheaper than Waterstones and Amazon and quick delivery.

    They sometimes appear on ebay!

All pharmacies MUST have these anyway so no need to have you own copy really.

BNFs are availlble online for a free login.
