Just show that you are well presented, polite, keen to learn, well organised and not a 'clock-watcher'.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................

If you are going for a counter assistant role at the large pharmacy chain beginning with L, they love folk who are willing to do all their training courses......

First requirement for most assistants I meet. Not to have any experience at all.

Sometimes a person with no experience is actually better.

You can train them to do things your way rather than being constantly told "that's not how they do it in X, Y, or Z pharmacy".
