    Struggling Pharmacist, Qualified in India.

    Hi there,
    Iam a new to pharmacy forum.
    I have graduated in Pharmacy from India.
    In UK rite now unable to find suitable job as iam not registered yet. The reason being the fee.Right now iam working as a customer service team member at Lambeth NHS.Is there a shortcut or nethng i cn do to be in touch with my field.I have approached various agencies but no one is intrested as i dnt have ne UK experience. Plz guide. Many thanks

    As you will have to go through OSPAP, then unlikely you will ever earn enough to be able take a year off and pay for the course.

    In the past you could work as a pharmacy technician and save but would need a few years, and is much more difficult now. I suggest you just try to save, after you have been here some years you may be able to get a bank loan but the repayments are nearly impossible for the whole cost and not easy for half of the amount needed on a hospital salary, not to mention pre-reg where it is very difficult.

    As far as I know the multiples are not offering sponsorship either but you could try and approach the trust you are working for and see if they will sponsor you. In most hospitals pharmacists are in demand at the moment.

    Thanks. Well! Is it advisable to do MBA Pharma or ne othr course to switch from the field??
