    Still having problems

I am still having problems with this site.

I have to log in TWICE as the first time it doesn't work.

Also if I try to view even things I have posted myself the window reloads and reloads forever.

If I try to search for a topic or if I try to make anymore posts it says that my token has expired - what is that?

I do not have these problems on any other sites.

(I have just edited this post after having to find it under thread starters where the topics are not listed in any kind of order that I can make out.)

    Am I doing something stupid?

Oh dear. Computer, windows version, webbrowser and version, inside leg measurement please. We need to get to the bottom of this, from the ground up.

I've alerted Admin to this thread.

Does that mean you have found a new property already or selected an area?

    Re: Still having problems

Sorry to hear you're having problems....

The site is set so that people can only read about 20 posts, then it forces you to either join or go away from it. That's encouraged a lot of new members.

We have had skin problems, and I'm hoping to get a new one soon. It will be the same as this but fluid, so it stretches to your monitor size. It should fit better on iphones etc too.

Myself I can post fine so I suggest you maybe re-join the site as a new member and try that.

I made a big mistake and trusted a person who didn't fully deliver what he said he would for the money he charged. He's lost out big time in the long run really, but you live and learn I guess.....

    Sorry

Niether. But this trip is about selecting an area.

And we were impressed by Exeter, thank you for that suggestion.

I don't think the problem is at my end.

I'll just keep going round the houses for now till I get a bit more used to the site and then maybe re-join. Can I re-join with my existing name?

Try clearing the Internet cache Tools menu>> Internet Options>> Browsing History>> Delete (delete cookies and Temporary internet file)

Also if you are using Internet Explorer 8
    Turn On "Compatibility Mode".
Tools>> Compatitbility view settings >> Tick, Display all web sites in Compatibilty view

Download a copy of Spybot to check nothing nasty hiding under a file.

Best way would be to ask Admin to delete your membership, or I could take some small pleasure in banning you .

You might have to use a small vaitation on your name to re-register, for instance,
El-Loco (capital letter, or space after)
    But probably not.

    Re: Still having problems

Seems to be working alright now (touch wood) except that I have to log in twice before it believes me. I can live with that.
