b) find tops to cap them
c) pick them up and go straight to bin
d) others

2) labels with patient details - name, address, medicine name, date of birth e.g. interaction label, bag label, label for medicine, patient medical record, patient letter found on the top of a dispensary bin

b) find a marker pen to mark those sensitive details, use a shredder or tear those details into half
c) pick it up and put them in a basket for somebody else to sort them out

i am being totally honest. i do not have time to drink a cup of of tea! would definetly have no time to go through the normal bin whenever someone forgets to dispose the confidential bits in the allocated bin.....

no, i guess he meant putting on the lids on empty plastic bottles, not original containers. if enough staff members are present, then yes why not. a good way to keep the rat out of the bottles

Some manufacturers still supply bottles without caps and you have to cap them. I always get the pre-capped bottles now though.
