what affects you to take your final decision?

in what order will you put these, starting with the most important factor that decides your decision

    1) patient's best interest
    2) the consequences of not supplying medicines
    3) your job career as a pharmacist/ practising licence
    4) not breaking the law
    5) what my peers would do
    6) SOPs (as recommended by DavidS)

    dunno how to decide?
think about unsigned scripts, unlicensed or offlicensed medicines use

(To DavidSm based on personal experience, at the moment i would put 3 on top; scenario as above - unsigned scripts is the most popular one)

    You go first.

And give us a scenario, because this kind of thing will always be decided on an individual case basis.

And I think you should add SOP's to the list of priorities!
    ....just my opinion

Pharmacists do not put these in a strict 'order'. Those that do, are one's that I find unhelpful to work with.

[1st priority] patient's best interest & the consequences of not supplying medicines

[2nd priority] your job career as a pharmacist/ practising licence

[3rd priority] not breaking the law & what my peers would do

    [No priority] SOPs
