This reminds me of the questions I used to ask many years ago as a student.
Some of the stuff used to contradict itself making hard work of understanding fundementals.

Not sure myself, but it is evident from the side effect profile of Nicorandil that there is no mention of hypoglycaemia, so I would accept that there are different ones, or that this mechanism is a later part of the molecular mechanism of action?Originally Posted by sharifhs
