Hello everyone!
I'm not exactly from UK so will it still be okay for me to ask questions around here? I came across this forum while searching for some information for my assignment.
I'm in my second year in a medical university in Malaysia and I'm taking pharmacy. I'm doing twinning program so i will be in UK for my final year.

WE have a prolific poster who may well have met you, he did the reverse way.
As I have said before, many fond memories of Malaysia. I was in KL and Penang/Butterworth. Remember watching the sun rise over Mackenzie range and climbing all those steps to Batu caves. My next door neighbour from Malaysia and we will be having a Malaysian lunch tomorrow.

Had my Malaysian lunch today. : Stir fried veg with Oysrer sauce, Roast potatoes malay style, Mooli cake with pork, Dry curry chicken, dry fried prawns in tempura batter with spices.

I had two helpings.

One thing I still enjoy from Malaysia is Linghams sweet chilli sauce.

Well all I asked my neighbour for was the broccoli and oyster sauce stir fry, but she always prepares a banquet.

I had a blast with all the chinese malaysians i met in malaysia. very nice people, generous and enjoy having a drink. the food was not the greatest, but i enjoyed having some noodles with beef from time to time.
Funny, i only met one malay, even that they are 70% of the population..... dunno maybe different interests or they just hang out with each others.

oh not notty, i forgot there is no medical school at notty-malaysia branch.
if it is a public uni, then this guy is more likely to be a malay :P as they have priority anyway and the rest end up going to private unis and paying doens for tuition fees.

is it the uni in scotland (forgot what it's called) ? I met some malaysians who have done the same twinning course ( think you do your master year only in the scotty uni).
