    Actually, not in Scotland, just happened to stumble on this information.
    Agree that the Scottish office is more pragmatic.
    Probably because the decision making body is the same as the doing body.
    In England they are separate.

    Some half-baked rules will be put in place, and the prescriptions will have to be sorted differently otherwise some random measure will be put in place so that the script will be returned in order to delay payment for the maximum period of time.
