    MUR section 4 help

Hi, I failed section 4 of CPPE, please help.
I have patient who is on poor control of asthma as no use of steroid.

Salbutamol Overuse-counsel on inhaler use, for consideration by patient pharmacist gp
beclomethasone medicine no longer used, refer to GP recommend alternative device, patient, pharmacist GP
peak flow meter- lack of information, explain monitoring in relation to disease management, pt, pharmacist
    fluoxetine- no issue, none
nurofen- inappropriate product, advise to stop and suggest an appropriate alternative, patient pharmacist GP

    current medicines
salbutamol- side effect, hands tremble due to increased use
beclomethasone-patient doesn't know why take this meds, doesn't use, needs information and different device
peak flow meter-patient doesn't use and needs information
fluoxetine-patient uses medicine as prescribed , no issue
nurofen- patient doesn't use medicine as prescribed, side effect, interaction with long term condition.

please help, i put side effect of nurofen as patient experienced worsening of ashtma but it's actually from interaction, so wonder if it should be done as no side effect.

also, when question asks about more info provided on use of medicine, what does this mean?

    Re: MUR section 4 help

I have also failed section 4 on the same scenario.. I wonder if you've passed now? I would like to ask about the fields on the side which say for consideration by GP, patient, pharmacist or others and it says tick all that apply. I always ticked the patient when there's been an issue. I thought he's on the receiving end and he's involved in any intervention. I also put pharmacist when it comes to explaining about inhaler technique or even referral to GP. I find it weird that this is part of the assessment! Do you think it's critical to passing the assessment? what would you include in this section? hope you can help..
    Many thanks
