Hello,

Much to my frustration I have failed the part 4 of the CPPE assessement. My questions are:

-In the part where you tick off revelence (or something similar) to (patient, pharmacist, GP) did you tick all three for the bendro, simvastatin and co-codamol issues and not tick any where there were no real issues?
-The co-codamol is that the patient is taking the right dose but its not the ideal formulation due to sodium content, is this correct?
-The rampril and atenolol, the patients says he generally takes them? I mean is he compliant or not? Why the need for the ambiguity? In any part of the form do I fill in issue with these? Are there any issues that I havent thought of?

Im so annoyed with myself for failing this section! Another six days to try again! Anyone got an answers to any of my problems?
