NOTES that you may add to the C+D MUR tips documents
Hi everyone!
I am studying for my MUR certification and I think it would be handy to add some notes to some of the documents you can find at MUR - medicines use review - Drug Class & Condition - Chemist + Druggist, which by the way I find as a really helpful tool to take with you just before a consultation.
If anybody else is studying and want to participate, add, comment... you are very welcome. We can help each other a lot.
I just want to share what I have learnt and learn from somebody else's experiences or knowledge.

Omeprazole is usually taken ONCE in the morning.
But can be found in a different dosage when:
1. Regimens for Helicobacter pylori erradication
2. Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
3. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding
4. (as the C+D document says) to reduce posible adverse events.
