Forgive my ignorance on the other side of the Irish Sea, where we don't have MURs (yet), but can you just BUY accreditation?
I presume you had to do some sort of assessment but are some much easier than others?

How come you got accreditation on the same day as registration ???? I thought they will first send you some material to practice, then an assessment which I don't think is simpler than the CPPE assessment !!!! If this is a short route of having accreditation to such an important topic/ service provision then I think it will lose it's credibility and become more of a business opportunity for the provider. Oh god where are we going ???? May be in future we will have a University providing MPharm certificate in a weeks time for a price ???? Can't rule out though

I attended a one day course run by Medway. Was on a Sunday and sponsored by Sigma.

you cn buy material or go straight to the assessent. you get three case studies in the format of cppe section 4. u have to pass all 3 case studies. each takes 40 mins. If u fail 3 times u have to pay all ova again. the diff with cppe is that u dnt have to wait for 6 days if u fail. u jus go on n try another case study. The material is not compulsory to get, i mean even cppe doesn't have any material. I jus like the medway one better. the cppe one is 2 stressful.

Does it mean you don't have the first 3 sections as in CPPE ??

Somehow I still feel it is a dodgy thing. No offence to you or the way you got the certificate. But, if you keep failing a decent free online assessment of a reputed site, and then you pass from a pay site in one go, it does sound fishy. Either the site has to be reviewed or the whole system which makes it.
