Personally i did the medway one and through it was really good. The case studies are not really straight foward and require you to use the BNF and your own knowledge. The case studies are more relestic in regards to the situations you are more likely to be presented with in the pharmacy. With the cppe it focuses more on the service aspect e.g. section 2. That doesnt really help you with delivering murs to patients. Seeing the mur in the video helps you to understand how consultation are carried out and adapt your own style when delivering murs. You can just read the drug tariff and understand the service aspect.
I got accredited with the CPPE one and the whole experience has been really annoying:
* you have to wait for 6 long days before reattempting it (I would have been accredited in 3 days and not in 3 WEEKS!!)
* you have no feedback
In fact it's not overly difficult, it's just random and you are given no feed-back at all.
I would strongly suggest you taking the Medway one.

Check in Appendix I of the BNF and the SmPC - this will give you the basis for your answer and you will be using the same sources of information as the 'examiner'.
Probably the best advice to give anyone doing the CPPE MUR Accreditation is to work in a quiet environment where you will not be distrubed and you can concentrate. Also make sure you have a good internet connection.
The MUR accreditation questions are relatively straitforward and are not designed to catch people out. However, it does assume a certain level of pharmacy expertise and knowledge - if you are up to date with your CPD there should not be a problem.
