That's a bit tricky, according to bnf doxycycline is not a black dot interaction but it does increase the risk of MTX toxicity. Probably not an urgent referral imo unless the doxycycline course is of long duration

Hi all Iam really stuck on part 2 of the CPPE MUR assesment ive done it so many times and keep on failing. There are a few questions iam stuck on:
1.are accute conditions ineligible for mur?
2. Do you need permission from the patient's GP?
3.Can a pharmacy technician watch the MUR on CCTV?
4. can a pharmacist reschedule a MUR because he has to attend an emergency?
5. does a consultation room need to have a door?
6. can the pharmacist ask the patient's friend to stay?
any help would be great ...thanks
