    Actually, the google results from Pharmanaut's link were quite helpful.

    But we won't do your project for you. And if we did you would just get turned out by the college for plagiarism.

    The basic rule for designing qualitative questionairres is to learn what's out there, make up your own mind, then ask the questions needed to find out whether those who are actually doing the MUR's agree with what you think.
