I think Pharmacists must share blame if we're too gutless to change jobs when conditions suck.

We tend not to change jobs....
1. We get institutionalised.
2. We generally have a sense of loyality. Sometimes misplaced!
3. Sometimes we are tied with a 3 or even 6 months notice clause in our contract.
I've been to places that are absolutely the pits as a locum or relief manager and wondered how any pharmacist could be the permanent manager.
This brings on another idea for a new posting.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
