If a complaint occurs, multiples hardly ever support their staff. They are all too willing to kiss the customer's butt, however rude and nasty they have been. It seems that they are more bothered about getting a few extra dispensing fees than supporting their loyal staff. Just shows what their priorities are.
Early in career found that its always best to keep good relations with customers even though pride has to be swallowed, other professionals get Oscars and BAFTA awards for doing it to a script.
In other words, roll-over for the customer but management should know that it is being done for 'customer relations'.
