It would prob get to a point where one day you would just snap and say 'woman i dont carr, we're all fed up and busy but the rest of us just try and get on with it, if you dont like it here leave!"

The other thing is there also those people that once they find out what gets you worked up, they then deliberately use this to wind you up. For example there was this lady I worked with who would ask me questions like what do i with this and how do i do this, then after id explain to her how to do it or where to put it she would then get all defensive, stare at me and say 'well im only asking you!' which is kind of confusing because I only answered the question asked. Thing is she knows that winds me up a bit.

Watch out for those who moan for the sake of moaning, there life would be totally meaningless if they did not moan about something that day.

The other thing is moaning when there is no need to whatsoever like for example I got reported to our regional operational manager for using Quinine sulphate instead of Quinine Bisulphate. Its hardly a serious mistake. I did make one other mistake that day but come on it does not warrant that. All I heard was that the pharmacist absolutely furious about it and told all the staff I made four mistakes with one patient, whereas when I questioned her she only pointed out one to me.

Then the other day the counter assistant came to me and said 'this tub of paracetamol was found by us and we need to use it up', to which i replied 'I know' because i already checked the exp date. She then threw a big strop, said ''Well if you know then why should i even bother?' then stormed out the room. Not that this worked me up but it just left me thinking 'was it something i said?' if it was then which word caused the offence the 'I' or the 'Know'?

'In order to feel better, you have to talk about it'

if they are moaning and doing their work then at least some work got done, the problem is they moan but not move their body and get the problem solve
e.g. spiderwebs here and there, everywhere!
so, what should be done? please clean it
e.g. mouldy walls here, there, everywhere, i can smell mushrooms!
so, what should be done? please get on the phone and ring the head office

moaning at work is a major factor in driving down the morale of the whole pharmacy team whereas laughable matters cheers team up and promote good team work, if they can make their moaning funny these could worth a millions!

    Re: Not good to moan

I have to come clean......my name is Dizzy and i'm a moaner!!!!

I am seeking help with my condition but am finding it difficult. I was moaning five maybe six times a day originally depending on who I was working with. At my worst, I think I moaned at home as well. My poor Hubby. No wonder he's bald.....

But now, i'm down to two moans each day. I'm making progress slowly. Hopefully, I can quit altogether some day but one step at a time......

But seriously, constant moaning is a problem for others. It does affect morale badly. I do now make a point of smiling and telling jokes as much as possible instead of my silly moans. Much better.
