If they are that severe just remove her. Then again you could let her continue. I pitty them seeing as all they have time to do is upset people on the internet. Very sad

I am a member of another forum that has had a couple of troll invasions. Some of the posts were of interest to the police and reported. Since the one was an organised attack by several members of another forum that forum was shut down for a while.
Delete the posts and ban, report to the police if really offensive.

That's pretty much what we do as a matter of course now anyway. Universal Angel was a problem two years ago, when the forum was in its infancy. He or She is long gone by now.
