That depends on how much experience you have. Chances are most employers, and it's an employers market, will go for someone who is working in community all the time.
You might be able to get late nights and weekends in less desirable areas but I'd say you'll find the competition for anything else too tough unless you have very good contacts.
Offering grinds to Leaving Certs or undergrads might be a better option and the Revenue won't know about it. (Not that I would advocate working in the black economy, but people do.)
