    Nail on the head, Geordie. It's who you know, not what you know in a province that small. Any of the jobs going have someone already lined up to move into them, the advertising and interviewing process is just to keep it legal.

    The game is up as regards the profession in the North, it has gone the same way as the teaching profession.

    Ulster Scots is a ridiculous dialect mainly in the North West of the province, most people in NI don't have a clue how to speak it.
