    No work in either North or South. I have accepted that my career is over. Once you accept it, and treat every days work as a luxury it doesn't seem so bad.

    I did accept it and then acted on it by moving across the water. Why are you sticking around Ireland if that's the case? There's more locum work in the NW of England than you can shake a stick at.

    Er, because I did live over there for nearly 12 years, worked hard and paid off a mortgage. Were you born in 1982? If so, go then if you have no ties. I'm in my 40s and have elderly parents to check on. Or should I just leave them to social services..!

    So, if you have a nice cottage, perhaps you could do holiday lets to UK pharmacists. Chap regularly advertises his gite in France in the PJ.

    If you haven't started in England yet, don't forget to brush up on your generics (especially those long ones for piles creams, and the weird ones for mepore dressings etc) They are much more into it over there.
