yes u will probally need additional qualifications. Starting salary probally in low 20-27k. However it goes up with promotion of course to an average of 80-90k according to the pharmaceutical society survey

With all due respect, if you need further help you should be asking yourself if you are cut out for a job in industry or anywhere for that matter. If your English is poor you need to improve it.
Simple.
If you are chasing a top salary and career progression you would be expected, at some point, to show some initiative. Finding career opportunities in industry is as simple as finding this site and asking others for help.

thanks for the additional info mr schofield. You basically written what i should have said. But i might add if u are not in the uk try and get a job in industry where you are located and then you may be able to get transferred to the uk. This will give you time to brush up on your english and get further qualifications.
