    'rivastigmine in July and tolterodine in september.'
    I use to sell Prostigmin and Mestinon. (Biggest sale of the latter was a US army contract for nerve gas antidote, got me a trip to Philadelphia)
    Main indication was Myasthenia Gravis. Prostigmin also used for chronic constipation at one time. The test for myastheia used edrophonium hydrochloride (Tensilon). Following an injection, the eyelids would rise up. I would use as a switch selling agent, so that could then promote Librium and Valium. (switch selling was speciality of Bloom who introduced the cheap twin tub washing machine in the 60s).
