Solly, you quoted Shan when his post supports what i sad re OSPAP course and that the gov are aware that OSPAP course was started for the purpose of foreign pharmacists being able to practice in the UK
anyway i am not replying to any of your posts, nothing more to add on, we agree to disagree
btw it was you who mentioned earlier that you were born in pakistan and came to this country when you were a kid, why would i assume that then?
anyway i ain't wasting my time with you anymore.
you have a problem, you do not accept that you are wrong! a really massive problem, whoever discussed anything with you ( being fleegle, tony...etc) pointed this out. and now i am pointing it out.
anyway i won't be replying to your posts here, seriously no need to waste my time

    Re: Marketing in Industrial pharmacy

i did not assume, what a piece of liar! even lazy night can prove you what liat you are!
i am calling lazy to come in and confirm the identity of this immigrant

oh yeah, don't blame yourself, blame the UK government, they can't send the secret police after you, this is a democracy, so carry on.
secret police only go after the radicals i.e dispatch under mosques on channel 4, IRA...etc....etc no need to remind you. at least i am pro democracyand free speech, and i do not ask for democracy ONLY whenever it suits me and condemn free speech whenever it does not (i.e whenever a religious figure is critisized)....etc

They won't let me into Lebanon without a VISA, isn't that discrimination?
of course you will not be welcome, with or without visa! not only lebanon, but any other place in the gulf having a pakistani background, you should know that
i know it is wrong, and i do not support it, but security comes 1st :P it's your own brothers who won't let you in anyway so do not take your grudge out on moi :P
they should consider letting you in, as a holder of a british passport, but i do not promise. i know they discriminate, which is bad, but you should know that as well. asian dr cant practice in his field and the best he could do is drive a taxi in the gulf.... i can't change it! but at least i do not support this way of treatment.

anyway, please do not reply back to me. leave it here....

    Re: Marketing in Industrial pharmacy

    Hi there,
After reading all the stuff in this discussion, I think there are some people who are arguing without having any idea of the problem while others have personally experienced the issue. I won't be banging on about discrimination and stuff. I'm also one those graduates who are affected by this problem of visa. Some have mentioned that it was our fault that we chose this course. Well for your information, it was UK UNIVERSITIES which go abroad and advertise their courses. I've personally attended them. So when it is being said that we chose to do the course here and this country don't need international students, ask the universities why they go abroad and bg people to come here and why some universities have a target number of international students for their intake. TRUTH IS THEY NEED US. NOW, as for the pre-reg year, university people and govt very well know that the training isn't complete without it and also that many can't go back to practice without it. May be some don't give a damn but if you've got the balls to advertise your courses to attract international students you must also make arrangements to deliver.. Now I know this may sound like complaining but for someone who isn't on the receiving end of the problem, it's best to check out your facts. Plus in all fairness, calling us bloody foreigners doesn't make things better when all this country brags about is being multicultural.

I don't think that international students should be given priviledge treatment and stuff but when you're being taught professional degrees, arrangements should be in place so that everyone can completethe training. They shouldn't just change rules in between and not tell anyone. After this month's events, I don't think many international graduates really gives a damn about working here long term. All the problem is about is having a complete training process.

you should have read his posts a couple of months ago :P very poor spelling and limited knowledge of grammar oh he was born in this country lol :P

anyway i understand where solomon is coming from :P so do not take him seriously. all the grudge is coming out from the fact that he knows he or any of his people have no chance to work ( maybe to visit as well) the middle east, especially the gulfy states there. he migh thave experienced some bad treatment over there so it is a chance for him to get some revenge :P
being honest with ya, do not take him seriously

    Seconded.
It seems to have worked it course.
A note in the "Sticky section" that anyone coming on a student visa to do pharmacy should look at a work visa at the same time would be enough.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.

I agree pharm, no matter what happens with me or the other 300 international pharmacy grads on my facebook group. i will not recommend any internationals to come here for a pharmcy course anymore, now i have some moral obligation to put them in the situation before they fall into the hole filled with sticky and irritating mud. i have been 2 months under huge stress and pressure for no fault from my part....!!!!
i hope you do understand why i am saying that....
