There are quite a lot of threads now on this which all generally say the same thing, but in summary:

Current changes in the NHS, white papers relating to pharmacy
Recent issues affecting hospital pharmacy, eg oncall (touchy subject),
Why you want the position (have you done pre-reg in hospital and if not why hospital)
And the other general interview type q's, strengths and weaknesses, examples of teamwork.
    Clinical stuff is relatively straightforward.

I've done a few hospital interviews over the last two years and the clinical questions have always been very similar. Brush up on basic interactions such as statin/macrolides, always read the allergies and notes section at the top.

Pay close attention to the prn section, especially for analgesia, to make sure it isn't duplicated in the regular medicines.

Also, every single one I've had has had either warfarin or digoxin on it so it'd be sensible to brush up on that too imo

There's another thread in this section with the stuff I've been asked so check that out too!

    Hope this helps
