pre reg in hospital, any recommendations?

Hi,
I am hoping to do my pre reg in a hospital, maybe one in Northern Ireland, but I can move to anywhere! Does anybody have any tips of good places to research or places to avoid? Or any experience of doing a hospital pre reg?
I think a district general hospital is probably best for me.
Any advice guys?

Can only give you feedback on where I work now, which is an acute DGH. Small hospital, very friendly staff, usual specialities. Obviously if you're after a bigger teaching hospital with more rotations, then the larger teaching hospitals in the main cities will be the ones to go for.
