    Wink keeping of batch / manufacturing records

    how long do we have to keep these? some people tell me 10years, others life, others 5 years??? please help

    why do we keep a record of unlicensed meds in hosp, we don't do it in the comm though??!

    I understood that 'specials' details had to be kept in an Extemp Distemp book.
