    Question Switching Hospitals?

    Hi everyone,

Is it possible to begin a clinical diploma in one hospital then transfer it to another? Does this happen often? Gut feeling says it'd be difficult but a few opinions would be great.

Trying to work out how flexible life as a band 6 pharmacist really is!

    Thanks

    Re: Switching Hospitals?

i guess it all depends on where the hospitals do their diploma. if you are switching to a hospital whihc does the same diploma, then can't see it being a problem. but why would you want to change half way through residency and diploma....

life as a band 6 isn't that flexible...awkward shifts, weekend working, random days off....

some palces you can continue the diploma via distance learning but chances are you would be on your own whilst your new colleagues continue with their diploma..depends if you want the support and knowledge that other people are struggling as well and its not just you!
