    hey

it will be your usual interview questions- why this hospital, why move into hospital, strengths and weaknesses, when you have worked on your own and in a team?

give you some clinical questions and scenarios you will have to prioritise!

probably ask yo some questions about your pre reg and what you have done...duties etc , why they should choose you for the job, where you want to be in 5years time

    hoep that helps for starters!

    Hi,

I agreed with you. It make me thinking about something for my ideal. I'll share soon again.

As someone who has interviewed for quite alot of junior pharmacist posts, the overarching thing I'm looking for is a person who will fit in with the team and is willing to learn. Most b6 posts will be pre-regs or newly qualified so we have a reasonable idea of your knowledge and skills and a 20 minute interview ain't going change those assumptions! The other thing I look for is the ability to be a reflective practitioner, hence those awkward questions about situations where you've identified something, done something good/bad etc...

My advice, perpare for the scenario type questions, know about recent changes to the profession and the NHS and be nice, be yourself!
