    what can you bring to the pharmacy team

    is this just a case of saying team work and communication or what other qualities would hospitals be looking for in this sense?

    could always lighten it up...bring fun, sense of belonging, teamwork, don't always direct it to work related attributes..they want to see you as a whole person not just someone who lives and breathes pharmacy
