Band 6 hospital interview 90 MINUTE TEST AND PRESENTATION!!
30 minutes on clinical questions
30 minutes on 10 calculations
30 minutes on 5 drug cards and prioritisation task
Apart from calculating renal function, BMI, the usual percentages and weights and volumes, etc, I can't think of many other calculations to do.
I do wonder what might come up.
This interview is for Cambridge hospitals.

i wouldn't worry too much.....calculations could be renal function, drug dosing ie mg/kg, infusion rates- mcg/kg/min what is the rate of the infusion in ml/hr...
the clinical questions and drug charts will be the standard, penicillin in pen allergic pt, drug dosing and the like.....
doubt it will be anything out of the ordinary
