I've never had experience working in a hospital pharmacy and I tried to google it but nothing came up. I noticed a few people mention the drugs chart in some of these threads so am hoping that someone can answer? Thanks.

Similar to a MARS sheet in community. Lists all meds, who prescribed by, dose, stop and start dates etc.

does what it says on the tin...like said above, has spaces for stat doses of drugs, regular drugs, prn drugs and IV infusions where dr can prescribe it and nurses administer

This is not specifically a drug users forum, but one for those who work in pharmacies where we have to deal with abusers. It is good for us to try to understand them.
