    Cold store – how often is it cleaned

    At my last place, I don’t think it’s been cleaned more then two times in a whole year.

    Sure the cleaners clean the rubbish away every morning, but what about the stock.

    Hmmmmm..its’s no wonder no one can ever find anything.

    Do you mean a cold store in a restaurant or just a refridgerator in a store?
