Hospital Interview help

I'm a community locum and trying to apply for band 6 hospital posts.
I've been to a couple of interviews now, but just not being successful.
The feedback i've had, is that i don't sell my skills well enough.

please help

Seems they want to express what they do not want to express for what reason ever?

I think they meant my clinical skills....screening drug chart etc

something to better prepare me for hospital interviews?
