Default sterile or aseptic!

What is the difference between them in medicines manufacturing please?

A product can be "Sterile" like an injectable solution, or a scalpel; see the European Pharmacopoeia for the exact definition of sterility;
"Aseptic" is more an adjective used for premises or a manufacturing process, but not for a product: so sterile medicines would be manufactured in an aseptic laboratory, for instance; a burns dressing is sterile, not aseptic.
