Anyone had much experience/feedback from patients with regards to the side-effects?

I have been trying it to try and combat the fatigue from my Chronic Fatigue syndrome (unlicensed I know.)

I've had to stop taking it due to uncontrollable diarrhoea it seems to bring; even using loperamide, co-phenotrope or codeine has not effect in countering it.

Is it common for the drug to produce diarrhoea this bad?
