Default erythromycin taken with simvastatin?

will this increase simvastatin toxicity or increase erythromycin or bdecrease?

Increase Simvastatin toxicity

USUAL ADVICE

Prescriber should change to an alternative antibiotic OR patient should stop SIMVASTATIN temporarily whilst on erythromycin
