    Why do many oharmacies in my area not have Castor Oil in stock?

    Ringing around, it seems to be the case almost everywhere

    has there been a problem with manufacture?

    Aparently Bell's and care (T+R) have both discontinued so we no longer stock it.
    "Too old Fashioned" aparently.

    One of the reasons may be because there was a terrorist plot to extract ricin from castor beans. thus import now not allowed.
