If I took this daily on a regular basis 10-20mg three times a day. how would i manage a night out socialising say every couple of weeks? Would I need to stop taking it on the day, i Had alcohol and the day after when it still in system or the day before a drink? i have a night out probably every two weeks with friends and drink no more than 5 pints of lager a time, no sprits! I know drinking is bad but I dont think I conume that much.

i wouldn't stop taking it..you're not meant to abruptly stop beta blockers....carry on as you would normally, i wouldn't miss doses or not go out for a few drinks...

So long as you drink sensibly I don't think it should be a problem.

Well, that is a good few units. I would suggest two pints more reasonable.
