    Anavar/ Oxandrolone

Hi there, Im an 18 year old male currently 5"8, hoping to stimulate any skeletal growth to try gain a few inches and maybe get to the height of the men in my family! (between 5"11- 6"2, and one uncle is 5"5 [had typhoid at a young age]).

My question is, are there any tried and tested drugs available on the market that serve the purpose of facilitating height growth without any serious adverse effects.
Is HGH something I could consider, or is Anavar a practical solution (though its an anabolic steriod often used by bodybuilders for fat loss and muscle gain)?

    Thanks in advance!

Your growth hormone levels should be normal, you do not need to supplement. Some guys are just not that tall, which is something you may need to learn to accept. Take care of your health, eat well, exercise, keep clean and fresh, treat others well, wear nice clothes and smile. You will look good and be popular despite being a little shorter than average. You may grow a bit over the next couple of years anyway.

Anabolic steroids can actually stunt growth. They can also shrink your testicles, cause severe acne (with scars) and liver damage. Avoid.

You could always have the leg bones broken and held apart by a cage device which is adjusted. The rack was the time honoured way.

A less drastic method would be to adjust your foot wear!

Best to avoid growth hormone (HGH). This is what happens if your growth hormone levels are too high...

.........you may end up looking very strange. Better to be shorter and handsome than tall and ugly.

I'd like to be taller too, but it's something you get used to eventually.

Thanks alot bobbin, what you said is completely true, and thanks for the guidance! Really appreciate it. Johnep, I just read up on that and the side effects of the old leg brace/fracture method seem to be pretty bad! like the severe pain, and a constant risk of infection, and also increasing the risk of fracture later on in life! Let me know when theres a new painless method! Till then I guess swimming it is then. Thanks guys
