Hi I'm trying to get Questran for my ill grandmother. Normally I could get it in any farmacy here in Slovakia but last week person in pharmacy said that questran is no longer available in Slovakia and it will be not available also in future because importing was simply stoped. Can somebody take my advice where can I order it online. I try to find out alternative but non of them work in case of my grandmother then I try to find other medical drug with Cholesteramin listed below but all of them are unavaible in Slovakia:

The terminal portion of the small bowel (ileum) is where bile acids are reabsorbed. When this section is removed, the bile acids pass into the large bowel and attract water due to their osmotic effect, causing diarrhea. Cholestyramine prevents this increase in water by making the bile acids insoluble and osmotically inactive. Post-ileal resection patients may wish to use this medication cautiously however since bowel surgery heightens the occurrence of small bowel obstruction, and there are several reports of Cholestyramine causing bowel obstruction in the medical literature.
