oxycontin then meth now subutex..confused

Hi I posted this on the wrong site
was on Oxycontin after a road accident and was horrified when I tried to come off it. Ended up changing from 100mg of oxy to 25 mls of methadone...via the priory. Been on this for 3 weeks. I cant sleep for more tha 4 hrs a night and have terrible flushing. The NHS addiction team want me on subutex but from what I read this will be an even worse withdrawl...I was originally on180 mg of oxycontin 5 weeks ago. I am now totally confused and dont want any further detox. I mean damn no-one warned me about oxy and I am now i this s**t!.
What sort of detox would this mean and what would be a reasonable dose of subutex as the 25mls of meth is just keeping me walking and talking.
