scar removal

hello every body i am egyption pharmacy student who wanted to ask u for a medical advice
i have ascar on my forearm for one year ago it was due to a cut with a sharp knife and when i went to the doctor he prescribrd me 2 types of creams to be used for 6 weaks
the trade name of the frist cream is (SCaro )the composittion of scaro is silicon fluid ,onion oil,vit A and E,olive oil,almond oil,titanium dioxide and ,dimethicon copolyl
the second drug is called (Unitone) it used for depigmentation of skin
i hope u till me the best medicament to be used and tell me if the scar can be completely removed

Oh dear, until either the scar is no longer a problem, or, your arm falls off.
